The Town of Daleville’s Code of Ordinances requires a building permit under certain circumstances. All permits can be used for residential or commercial purposes. In many cases, it is necessary to obtain several permits for one project. Below are all of the applicable building & trades permits which can be completed by printing, filling out, and bringing back into the Clerk’s Office. They can also be completed digitally and emailed to trichardson@dalevilleindiana.org.

Upon receipt of your completed permit application, the Daleville Building Commissioner will review and approve, deny, or ask for more information. Once an application has been approved, the applicant can move forward with processing payment according to our schedule of costs and fees, which can be found at the bottom of this page.
